Conditions
1. Muang Thai Smile Club members are required to present their physical or electronic cards on MTL Click Application (for Prestige, Beyond Prestige, and The Ultimate tiers) to staff before receiving services.
2. This privilege is only valid for Muang Thai Smile Club members with qualified criteria on the day they receive services.
3. Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice, and the Company is not involved in the condition consideration or provision of the privilege as well as hospital services.
4. Criteria and conditions are as specified by the hospitals.
5. The members can receive services at the hospitals from 25 April 2022 – 31 December 2022 only.
