1. The point redemption period starts from 20 January – 15 March 2021 (or until fully redeemed). can redeem the Points through  MTL Click Application.  
2. This coupon for the flu vaccine can be used from 20 January - 31 March 2021.
3. Members can redeem up to 5 privileges per person and can transfer rights to others.
4. Once the point redemption is confirmed, the Company will deliver the coupons for quadrivalent influenza vaccine by EMS shipment within 15 days. If point redemption is completed.
5.This privilege is reserved to those over 15 years old only.

7. In case of lost or damaged coupons, the Company reserves the right not to issue new ones under any circumstances.
