Muang Thai Smile Club members are entitled to redeem accumulated Smile Points for the privileges through MTL Click Application.
A member is entitled to up to 2 privileges (limited to 90 privileges throughout the campaign).
The gift sets will be delivered to addresses and phone numbers as provided in the system. To change the information, please call Tel. 1766 press 4, Muang Thai Smile Club, within 3 days after the confirmation of point redemption. If the Company cannot contact the members within 90 days for delivery, it will be considered a waiver of privilege.
Brand's Suntory Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will deliver the gift sets and health checkup coupons to the addresses as provided in the system within 20 business days after the point redemption except the case that the products are out of stock or under the restocking process. In such cases, the delivery process may be longer than the specified period. The delivery service is free of charge.
Point redemption period is from 1 December 2019 to 31 December 2020.
