Rules and Conditions of Participation
1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem accumulated points and use the privilege from 1 April 2022 – 31 December 2022.
2. Members can redeem points via MTL Click Application and make a reservation by using the given privilege code to receive the service at the participating hospital. (Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.)
2.1 A Muang Thai Smile Club member in Smile tier is entitled to up to 2 privileges throughout the campaign.
2.2 A Muang Thai Smile Club member in Prestige, Beyond Prestige, and The Ultimate tier is entitled to up to 4 privileges throughout the campaign.
3. The privilege can be transferred to others.
4. The Company reserves the right not to return redeemed accumulated points under any circumstances.
5. Service conditions are as specified by the participating hospitals.
6. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
7. Point redemption conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, and the Company reserves the right to change rules and conditions without prior notice.
8. Muang Thai Smile Club under Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL is only the privilege provider. The Company is not involved in providing the service.
