4. A member is entitled to 4 privileges throughout the campaign. The privileges can be transferred to others.
5. For the immune response check after COVID-19 vaccination, the service recipients must be over 18 years old.
6. Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service at the participating hospitals.
7. Accumulated points can be redeemed for the privileges and members can receive the service from 20 January – 31 December 2022.
8. The Company reserves the right not to allow the coupon to be converted into cash or used with other promotions.
9. Service conditions are as specified by the participating hospitals.
