1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem for the privileges via MTL Click Application and present the E-Code to the staff at the participating hospitals on the service date.
2. E-Code is available from 20 January – 31 December 2022.
3. Screen capture is not allowed to receive the privilege.
4. A member is entitled to 4 privileges throughout the campaign. The privileges can be transferred to others.
5. For the immune response check after COVID-19 vaccination, the service recipients must be over 18 years old.
6. Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service at the participating hospitals.
7. Accumulated points can be redeemed for the privileges and members can receive the service from 20 January – 31 December 2022.
8. The Company reserves the right not to allow the coupon to be converted into cash or used with other promotions.
9. Service conditions are as specified by the participating hospitals.
10. Privilege conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL, and the Company reserves the right to change rules and conditions without prior notice.
11. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
12. Muang Thai Smile Club under Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL is only the privilege provider. The Company is not involved in providing the service.
