1. A Muang Thai Smile Club member is entitled to up to 5 privileges/week.
2. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem Smile Points via MTL Click Application and show the discount code from the Application to checkout counters at all branches of Lotus within the specified time.
3. Discount code cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash or other payment types, and the difference in case the product price is lower than the discount value cannot be returned in cash.
4. The discount can be used at all branches of Lotus. It must be used before the expiry date.
5. 1 discount code can be used only once.
6. It is not applicable to alcohol, cigarettes, prepaid cards, gift vouchers, modified milk for infant and modified milk of uniform formula for infant and children (formula 1 and 2), bill and fee payment service, mail delivery service, canteen, Lotus online shopping and products/stores at the rentel areas of Lotus.
7. Discount from the voucher will not be counted as the Clubcard Points.
