1. Show the code “barcode” on MTL CLICK Application along with M Card, M Card Mobile Application, or ID card at M Point Redemption Counter in the department stores to convert the points. 
2. Those who wish to convert the points have to be M Card members. If not, they may instantly apply for the membership at M Point Redemption Counter.
3. M Points once successfully converted cannot be cancelled or reversed. 
4. M Points are valid for 3 years since the date of conversion. Customers can check their accumulated M Points or other privileges through M Card Mobile Application, www.mcardmall.com, or M Point Redemption Counter at any branches of the department stores.
5. The Company reserves the right not to return accumulated Smile Points under any circumstances.
6. The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, add, or cancel the conditions without prior notice.
7. Once a customer chooses to redeem for this privilege, the Company reserves the right to consider information in the system as confirmed and shall not change any information recorded in the system under any circumstances.
8. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance are entitled to exercise this privilege.
9. Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile activities, which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
