The members are required to use the code to reserve the services via Silver Voyage Club Concierge as follows:
1. Select the meal set as specified by the Company. The selection and menu cannot be changed under any circumstances.
2. Inform the code for reservation at Silver Voyage Club Concierge Tel. 02-016-9975 or LINE official account: @silvervoyage (from 09.00 – 21.00 hrs.)
Meal delivery service is available from 09.00 – 21.00 hrs. every day including public holidays. The meal sets will be delivered on the following day or the specified date (not the date when the order is made). 2 delivery rounds are available as follows:
Round 1 : 11.30 hrs. – 13.30 hrs.
Round 2 : 16.30 hrs. – 19.30 hrs.
The Company shall deliver by Sedan car or equivalent car and uses a pre-delivery route planning system, so the delivery time of each order will vary, depending on the location of the restaurant, pick-up time, distance from a driver to a restaurant, and the distance from the restaurant to the drop-off point. Plus, the delivery time cannot be specified for every order. In this regard, the Company shall deliver within the specified period. In case a customer requires to specify the delivery time, there will be an additional charge of 500 Baht per drop-off point.
3. The service will be provided only in Bangkok and vicinity – Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakarn.
4. The meal reservation will be complete when the members receive the confirmation SMS from the Company within 1 day after the date when the order is made.
5. It cannot be canceled, refunded, changed or converted into cash.
6. The Company will deliver the meal sets on the specified time and to the specified address only. In case of unexpected circumstances which may delay the delivery such as accident, traffic congestion, road closure, flood or terrorism, the Company shall inform you on the delivery date. The Company reserves the right to use other types of vehicles, such as motorcycles or other transport partners due to force majeure events, and the Company shall inform you on the delivery date.
7. The Company has selected the restaurants with quality in taste, cleanliness and hygiene in order to ensure that the customers will have delicious and clean foods. The Company will coordinate with such restaurant further.
8. The Company reserves the right to change the menu in the meal sets and delivery conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be deemed final.
