1. Muang Thai Smile Club members redeem accumulated points from 18 April – 1 July 2022 (or until fully redeemed) via MTL Click Application and through Call Center Service Tel. 1766, press 4, on Monday – Friday during 8.30-17.00 hrs., except for public holidays.
2. The health checkup coupon is valid from 1 May - 31 July 2022.
3. A member is entitled to 4 privileges throughout the campaign. The privileges can be transferred to others.
4. Upon the verification of point redemption, the Company will deliver the coupon by EMS mail within 15 working days. 
5. Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service at the participating hospitals.
6. In case the coupon is lost or destroyed, the Company reserves the right not to reissue the new coupon under any circumstances.
7. The coupon cannot be converted into cash or used with other promotions.
8. Service conditions are as specifed by the participating hospitals.
9. Muang Thai Smile Club under Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL is only the privilege provider. The Company is not involved in providing the service.
10. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
