Muang Thai Smile Club members are entitled to redeem accumulated Smile Points via MTL Click Application.
A member is entitled to up to 2 privileges (60 privileges throughout the campaign).
The campaign period is from 1 February – 31 December 2020 (or until fully redeemed).
In case of damaged products, please contact Retail One Co., Ltd. within 7 days after receiving the products for the inspection process. For more information of products and delivery, please contact Retail One Co., Ltd., Tel. 02-80-0065 Ext. 1204.
In case that products are out of stock or the changes in models by manufacturers, Retail One Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change or compensate with other products of comparable quality and price.
Products will be delivered to address and phone number as provided in the system. To change the information, please call Tel. 1766 press 4, Muang Thai Smile Club, within 3 days after the confirmation of point redemption. If the Company cannot contact the customers within 90 days for product delivery, it will be considered a waiver of privilege.
Retail One Co., Ltd. will deliver the products via RFC Service Co., Ltd. within 30 business days after the point redemption except the case that the products are out of stocks or the need to wait for restocking. In that case, the delivery process may be longer than specified. However, the delivery service is free of charge.
Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in this campaign.
The Company reserves the right not to combine accumulated Smile points and return redeemed points under any circumstances.
Point redemption conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
Conditions of product delivery are as specified by Retail One Co., Ltd.
Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
