How to Receive a Concert Ticket
Muang Thai Smile Club members who already redeemed the points can pick up the concert ticket at BITEC Live, BITEC Bangna, on Saturday, 29 March 2025, at the Muang Thai Life Assurance ticket booth during 11.00 – 13.00 hrs.
In the case of self-pickup: Please present your Muang Thai Smile Club membership card, insured card, or your ID card to verify the ticket recipient’s name.
In the case of authorizing another person to pick up the ticket: Present a copy of Muang Thai Smile Club membership card or a copy of Muang Thai Smile Club member's ID card (with religious information blacked out) which is signed to certify a true copy and to state that "I, ...(the member’s name)..., would like to authorize ……..(the ticket recipient’s name)...........for.....seat(s)."
