1. Scope of General Cleaning Services: Service area within 10 kilometers from the headquarters (Ratchadaphisek - Sutthisan). For areas beyond 10 kilometers, an additional charge of 15 THB per kilometer will apply.
- Hourly rate: 650 Baht per hour (excluding 7% VAT). Additional hours can be added on-site if no subsequent bookings are scheduled.
    Scope of First Cleaning Services: 
- 1.1 Houses:
1.1.1 Starting at 100 Baht per square meter (up to 100 square meters)
1.1.2 For areas over 101 square meters, 90 Baht per square meter
- 1.2 Condiminium
1.2.1 Service available for areas of 25 square meters and above at 100 Baht per square meter
-  Preliminary pricing is based on actual usable area and photos or an on-site assessment.
-  Service duration and the number of staff depend on the usable area provided by the customer or on-site assessment.
    Scope of Big Cleaning Services: Service area within 30 kilometers from the headquarters (Ratchadaphisek - Sutthisan). For areas beyond 30 kilometers, an additional charge of 15 Baht per kilometer will apply.
- For areas less than 80 square meters, a flat rate of 4,000 Baht.
- For areas of 81-150 square meters, 65 Baht per square meter.
- For areas of 151-500 square meters, 60 Baht per square meter.
- For areas of 501-2,000 square meters, 50 Baht per square meter.
- For areas over 2,001 square meters, 35 THB per square meter.
- Prices include cleaning agents, equipment, and travel expenses.
2. A member can redeem up to 1 privilege throughout the campaign.

4. The cleaning service will dispose of trash only in the area provided by the customer (trash will not be taken off-site). 
5.  Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in the campaign.
6. The Company reserves the right to not allow the accumulated points to be combined or transferred, and the Company shall not return redeemed points under any circumstances.
7. Point redemption conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
8. Conditions and details of the cleaning services are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
9. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
