1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem and use the privilege from 1 June 2024 – 31 December 2024 via MTL Click Application.
2 A member is entitled to receive up to 4 privileges throughout the campaign, and the privilege can be transferred to others.
3. Members must pay all expenses for dental health care package. The price already includes doctor's fee and hospital service fee, or it is according to the conditions specified by the hospitals.
4. Members can keep the code received from the point redemption in “My Coupon Menu” on MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign period or can delete the used coupon after successfully redeeming the privilege.
5. Please make a reservation 3 days in advance at Participating Hospitals.
6. Please present the privilege code via MTL Click Application to the hospital staff on the service date.
7. Service conditions are as specified by Bangpakok 1 hospitals.
8. The company reserves the right not to exchange for cash. or can be used in conjunction with other promotional activities
9. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance only provides the privileges for its members.   However, the Company has no involvement with the service.

11. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
