1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem and use the privilege from 1 June 2024 – 31 December 2024 via MTL Click Application.
2. Members are entitled to receive unlimited number of privileges and can transfer the privileges to others.
3. Members must pay all expenses for 4 strains Influenza vaccine. The price already includes doctor's fee and hospital service fee, or it is according to the conditions specified by the hospitals.
4. Please make a reservation 3 days in advance at Participating Hospitals
5. Please present the privilege code via MTL Click Application to the hospital staff on the service date.
6. Members can keep the code they used to redeem points at "My Coupon Menu" on the MTL Click Application, Until the end of the program term. or delete used coupon after using the code successfully.
7. Service conditions are as specified by participating hospitals.
8. The company reserves the right not to exchange for cash. or can be used in conjunction with other promotional activities.
9. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance only provides the privileges for its members.   However, the Company has no involvement with the service.
10. Conditions of the privileges are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance.  
11. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
