1. The members can redeem the points for the privileges through MTL Click Application and present the codes to staff at participating dental centers to receive the privileges, or discount (The members are required to make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.) 
2. The privileges can be transferred to others.
3. Point Redemption Limit
- The members in Smile tiers are entitled to up to 4 privileges/person  transaction/throughout the campaign.
- The members in Prestige, Beyond Prestige and The Ultimate tier are entitled to up to 6 privileges / person/ transaction/throughout the campaign.
4. Members can keep the code they used to redeem points at ""My Coupon Menu"" on the MTL Click Application, Until the end of the program term. or delete used coupon after using the code successfully.
5. The point redemption period is from 15 October 2024 – 31 December 2025, and the privileges must be exercised within 31 December 2025.
6. The privileges cannot be converted into cash, or combined with other promotions.
7. Service conditions are as specified by participating dental centers. 
8. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used to be presented to claim the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.  
9. Conditions of the point redemption are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
