Redemption Location En

The Product shall be delivered to the address given by the customer within 30 business days after the customer has confirmed the reward redemption.

1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem accumulated points for the products via MTL Click Application.
2. A member is entitled to up to 2 privileges/product/campaign.
3. The number of each product is limited.
4. Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL shall submit the redeemed product list to Boncafe to deliver the products to the members within 30 working days after the redemption. In this regard, the delivery service is free of charge.
5. Products will be delivered to the address and phone number as confirmed on the Application. To change the information, please call Tel. 1766 within 3 days after the point redemption.
6. If the Company cannot contact the members within 90 days for delivery, the privilege will be declared void, and the redeemed points shall not be returned in any circumstances.
7. In case an items already have proof of receipt from the carrier, and a member does not follow up the delivery within 90 days after the point redemption, the Company shall consider that the member already received the product, and the Company shall not be responsible to deliver a new product in any circumstances.
8. The warranty is as specified by the manufacturer or distributor.
9. Return policy : within 7 days in case of defective, damaged product only.

11. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in the campaign.
12. The Company reserves the right to not allow the accumulated points to be combined or transferred, and the Company shall not return redeemed points under any circumstances.
13. Point redemption conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
14. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
