Special Privilege for Muang Thai Smile Club Members
Muang Thai Smile Club assists you to take care of your health and your loved ones with Bone Mineral Density 2 parts Program from Phyathai Hospital. Simply use Smile Points to redeem for a health check-up program, and you will be able to receive the service at participating hospitals.

Limitations:
- Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service at the participating hospitals.
- Members redeem the privileges at the checkout counter on service date.
- The coupons/codes are valid for 60 minutes after the redemption.
- A member is entitled to 4 privileges throughout the campaign. (The privileges can be transferred to others.)
Privilege Redemption Channel:
- Redeem the privilege codes via MTL Click Application.
- Present privilege code (coupon / code) on MTL Click Application to the staff on the service date.

1. Members redeem the point via MTL Click Application and present the privilege code (coupon / code) to the staff on the service date.
2. Members can redeem accumulated points and can receive the service from 15 August 2024 – 31 March 2025.
3. Members can keep the code received from the point redemption in “My Coupon Menu” on MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign period or can delete the used coupon after successfully redeeming the privilege.
4. A member is entitled to 4 privileges throughout the campaign. The privileges can be transferred to others.
5. Please make a reservation 3 days in advance at Participating Hospitals.
6. The company reserves the right not to exchange for cash. or can be used in conjunction with other promotional activities
7. Service conditions are as specified by participating hospitals.
8. Privilege conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL, and the Company reserves the right to change rules and conditions without prior notice.
9. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
10. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance only provides the privileges for its members. However, the Company has no involvement with the service.
