1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem the privilege from 20 March 2025 - 30 November 2025 (or until fully redeemed) through the MTL Click application. or Call Center Tel. 1766 press 4, press 2, on Monday – Friday, from 08.30 - 17.00 hrs. (except public holidays)
2. The 4-strain influenza vaccine coupon can be used from 20 March 2025 to 31 December 2025.
3. Limited to 10 privilege/member throughout the campaign. A total of 348 privileges are available throughout the campaign.
4. Once the point redemption is confirmed, the Company will deliver the coupons for quadrivalent influenza vaccine by EMS shipment within 15 days. If point redemption is completed.
5. This privileges can transfer rights to others and reserved to those over 15 years old only.
6. Please make a reservation 3 days in advance at Participating Hospitals
7. In case of lost or damaged coupons, the Company reserves the right not to issue new ones under any circumstances.
8. The coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or exercised with other promotions.
9. Service conditions are as specified by participating hospitals.
10. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance only provides the privileges for its members. However, the Company has no involvement with the service.
11. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
