Notice on Using Your Booking Privileges
For redeeming 50 Smile Points for one standard cinema ticket only via the MAJOR Mobile Application
Currently, our promotions system within the app is being upgraded. This has intermittently affected the “Redeem for 1 Standard Cinema Ticket” promotion button (it may appear sometimes or disappear at other times). Note: The e-ticket kiosks are unaffected—you can continue to book there as usual.
To avoid further disruption, we have temporarily removed that promotion button from the app. Once the button is restored and stable, we will let you know immediately.
In the meantime, please book through the e-ticket kiosks instead.
For the 15-Smile-Point privilege—redeemable for 50-Baht discount on a cinema ticket—you can still book via the MAJOR Mobile Application as normal.
Special Privilege for Muang Thai Smile Club Members
- Redeem 15 Smile Points for 50 -Baht discount to purchase a movie ticket
(4 privileges / person / day), limited to 4,000 privileges
The members are entitled to pay the difference to upgrade to Digital 3D, Atmos and Honeymoon seats.
- Redeem 50 Smile Points for a movie ticket for a regular seat.

The members are entitled to pay the difference to upgrade to Digital 3D, Atmos and Honeymoon seats.
Redeem accumulated Smile Points through MTL CLICK APPLICATION and present the privilege code within 60 minutes.

2. The privilege cannot be converted or changed into cash.

4. Once the privilege redemption is confirmed by the system, the Company reserves the right to consider information in the system as confirmed and shall not change any information recorded in the system under any circumstances.
5. The Company reserves the right not to return the redeemed points under any circumstances.
6. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in this campaign.
7. The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, add, or terminate conditions without prior notice.
8. Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile campaigns arranged for building customer relations with Muang Thai Smile Club members.
