Muang Thai Smile Club members redeem Smile Points to shop a variety of lifestyle products with home delivery service.
A member is entitled to up to 2 privileges/product/campaign.
Privilege International Co., Ltd. shall deliver products to the members within 30 business days after the point redemption.

1. Muang Thai Smile Club members are entitled to redeem accumulated Smile Points for products through MTL Click Application.
2. A member is entitled to up to 2 privileges/product/campaign.
3. The number of products is limited.
4. Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL will submit the list of redeemed products to Privilege International Co., Ltd. to deliver products to members within 30 business days after the point redemption except the case that the products are out of stocks or need to be restocked. In that case, the delivery process may be longer than specified. However, the delivery service is free of charge.
5. Products will be delivered to address and phone number as provided in the application. To change the information, please call Tel. 1766 within 3 days after the point redemption.
6. If the Company cannot contact the members within 90 days for delivery, the privilege will be declared void. The Company reserves the right not to return redeemed points under any circumstances.
7. In case of proof of product receipt and no product tracking within 60 days after the point redemption, the Company shall deem that the members have already received the products and is not liable to deliver new products under any circumstances.
8. In case of damaged products, please contact Privilege International Co., Ltd. within 3 days after receiving the products for inspection and product replacement processes under the consideration of Privilege International Co., Ltd.
9. In case of out-of-stock products or model changes by manufactures, the Company reserves the right to change or compensate them with other products with comparable quality and price.
10. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in the campaign.
11. The Company reserves the right not to combine accumulated points and return redeemed points under any circumstances.

16. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used to be presented to claim the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
