1.    Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem 2 Smile Points for 1 lucky draw ticket (unlimited redemption) via MTL Click Application, or by calling Tel. 1766, press 4, or at Muang Thai Life Assurance Customer Service Centers nationwide.
2.    When updating address, telephone number and email address via MTL Click Application or KYC system on the website of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL, a Muang Thai Smile Club member receives 2 extra lucky draw tickets throughout the campaign.
3.    Lucky draw method: Gathering all tickets and drawing lots for 3 rewards 
4.   The lucky draw date is 20 August 2025 held at Muang Thai Life Assurance Headquarters.
5.    The Company will announce the winner names on www.muangthai.co.th on 22 August 2025 and deliver mails to notify the winners in writing within 10 days from the lucky draw date.
6.    The winners will receive specified rewards only. The rewards cannot be converted into cash or other  rewards.
7.   The Company reserves the right on the reward distribution. Each winner will receive only one reward.
8.  The winners who receive the reward worth 1,000 Baht and above are required to pay withholding tax of 5% of the reward value according to the Revenue Department’s Order No. TorPor. 4/2528 and TorPor. 101/2544.
9.  The lucky draw is approved by Ministry of Interior according to license No. 348/2568.
