Special Privilege for Muang Thai Smile Club Members
Muang Thai Smile Club, in collaboration with the Muang Thai Yim Foundation, cordially invites its members to take part in a meaningful initiative aimed at making a lasting impact on society. Through the donation of Smile Points, members can contribute to the "Heart Surgery for the Underprivileged" project, providing crucial financial support to the Heart Foundation of Thailand under the Royal Patronage. These contributions will help accelerate access to life-saving heart surgeries for underprivileged patients in need.
Accumulated Points Muang Thai Smile Club members donate 1 Smile Point, equal to 5 Baht.
Point Donation Period 1 May 2025 – 12 December 2025 or until fully redeemed
Point Donation Channels
• Muang Thai Smile Club members can donate Smile Points via MTL Click application.
• Muang Thai Smile Club members can call Tel. 1766 to donate Smile Points and press 4, Muang Thai Life Assurance.
• Muang Thai Smile Club members can donate their accumulated Smile Points themselves at Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL Customer Service Centers nationwide.

How to redeem accumulated points click here
1. To donate by using Smile Points, the donors must be a Muang Thai Smile Club member only. There is no minimum points for the donation, and the donors can donate Smile Points in any amount based on their will.
2. The redemption period is from 1 May 2025 – 12 December 2025 or until fully redeemed.
3. The donated Smile Point will be collected and stored daily and will be added to the total amount at the end of the campaign by Partner Relations Management Department.
4. Muang Thai Smile Club members who donate points at least 200 points (equal to 1,000 Baht) will receive a receipt from Muang Thai Yim Foundation to be used for income tax deduction for the year 2025 as required by law. The receipt will be issued and delivered to the member's address after the campaign has ended for 30 days approximately.
5. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in this campaign.
6. The Company reserves the right to not return the donated points under any circumstances.
7. Smile Point donation conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
8. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
