1. Muang Thai Smile Club member can redeem the points from via MTL Click Application or Call Center Service Tel. 1766, press 4 and 2, during Monday - Friday from 08.30 – 17.00 hrs. (except public holidays).
- Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, redeem the points from 16 June 2025 – 20 July 2025.
- Bangkok Hospital Head Office (Soi Soonvijai) redeem the points from 1 July 2025 – 14 August 2025.
- Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, redeem the points from 1 July 2025 – 26 October 2025.
2. A Muang Thai Smile Club member can redeem the points for up to 6 privileges throughout the campaign. The privilege can be transferred to others.
3. From the point redemption for the health check-up program, the privilege must be used at the participating hospital on the event date scheduled by each hospital.
4. The Company reserves the right not to return redeemed accumulated points under any circumstances.
5. Service conditions are as specified by participating hospitals.
6. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.      
7. Conditions of the point redemption are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance.
