Muang Thai Smile Club members are entitled to redeem accumulated Smile Points for products from THANN, BANYAN TREE.
The members can easily redeem the points for the privilege via MTL Click Application to be delivered to your door.

1. A Muang Thai Smile Club member in The Ultimate tier is entitled to up to 6 privileges throughout the campaign.
2. A Muang Thai Smile Club member in Beyond Prestige tier is entitled to up to 4 privileges throughout the campaign.
3. A Muang Thai Smile Club member in Prestige and Smile tier is entitled to up to 2 privileges throughout the campaign.
4.Limited to 125 privileges throughout the campaign.
5. Point redemption period is 1 April 2025 - 31 December 2025 or until fully redeemed.
6. In case of damaged products, please contact World Reward Solutions Co., Ltd. within 7 days after receiving the products for the inspection process and for more information about products and delivery by calling Tel. 02-016-9975.
7. In case some products are out of stock, or some models are changed by the manufacturer, the Company reserves the right to change or compensate with other products in an equivalent quality and value.
8. Products will be delivered to the address and phone number as provided in the system. To change the information, please call Tel. 1755, press 4, within 3 days after the point redemption confirmation. If the Company cannot contact the members within 90 days for delivery, the privilege will be declared void.
9. World Reward Solutions Co., Ltd. will deliver the products within 20 business days free of charge after the point redemption except the case that the products are out of stock or the need to wait for restocking. In that case, the delivery process may be longer than specified.
10. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in the campaign.
11. The Company reserves the right to not allow the accumulated points to be combined, or transferred, and the Company shall not return redeemed points under any circumstances.
12. Points redemption conditions and rules are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
13. Delivery conditions are as specified by World Reward Solution Co., Ltd.
14. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
