MTL e-Document ดีอย่างไร ?
การเปลี่ยนวิธีรับเอกสารทางไปรษณีย์มารับในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แทน (MTL e-Document)
โดยมีขั้นตอนง่ายๆ สามารถสมัครผ่านเว็บไซต์ แล้วเอกสารเหล่านี้จะส่งไปทางอีเมลของคุณ

ไม่ต้องใช้เอกสาร ใช้เวลาเพียง 1 นาที
Q : I cannot log in to the system, and the system says that:
1.Your information is incorrect. Please try again.
> It means the information you entered to log in to the system is incorrect. Please enter the information again.
2.Your information is not found. Please check and try again.
> It means your information is not found in the system. Please call Tel. 1766 to check the information.
3. Your information is incorrect. You can log in to the system again in the next 10 minutes.
> It means you have entered wrong information for over 5 times; the system is temporarily locked. Please enter the information again in the next 10 minutes.
1. Click Menu = on the top right corner.
2. Choose “Change Language”.
3. Choose your preferred language.

1. When you log in to the system, you will find “Policy Information” where you can check the channel to receive documents.
2. Policies delivered by mail will be shown on the top.
3. Policies delivered electronically will be shown on the bottom.

2. Choose the policy you would like to check its documents.
3. Click “View”.
4. Details of documents received electronically will be displayed.
5. Click “Back” to the page that displays all policy information.
