Fund Information

The Fund will invest in T-bill, Government Bonds, State Enterprise Bonds guaranteed by MOF, BOT bonds or equivalent maturing in less than 397 days with an estimated average portfolio duration not more than 92 days.

• The Fund will invest in debt securities, issued or guaranteed by companies, Thai governments and agencies, or state and provincial governmental entities including deposits with credit institutions to achieve returns from interest rate and capital appreciation.  
• The Fund may invest in derivatives for Efficient Portfolio Management purpose (EPM).

Invest both onshore and offshore in debt instruments and/or deposits or deposits equivalent issued by the government, a state enterprise, a financial institution, and/or private entity.

• The Fund will invest in debt securities, issued or guaranteed by Thai or foreign governments and agencies, state and provincial governmental entities, or by companies, including deposits with credit institutions.  
• The Fund may use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 90% of foreign exposure.   
• The Fund shall invest no more than 60% of NAV in investment units of mutual funds under management of KAsset..  
• The Fund may invest in Structured Note (SN) and/or derivatives for Efficient Portfolio Management purpose (EPM).​ 

• The Fund mainly invests in LO Funds – Asia Value Bond Fund, (USD), NA​ not less than 80% of NAV. 
• The Fund will use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 75% of foreign exposure.  
LO Funds – Asia Value Bond Fund, (USD), NA (Master Fund)
• The Master Fund invests in fixed income securities focusing on Asia-Pacific (including Japan) issuers predominantly in USD. The investment objective is to generate returns from interest accrued as well as capital appreciation. 
• The Master Fund may invest in debt securities graded below BBB- or equivalent by the rating agencies and unrated debt securities.

The Fund allocates at least 80% of NAV in each accounting year in a foreign fund titled PIMCO GIS Income Fund (Class I-Acc) (master fund), which invests at least two-thirds of its assets in a diversified portfolio of fixed Income instruments of government and corporate issuers worldwide. (please see details in prospectus summary).

• The Fund may use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at fund manager’s discretion and also use for Efficient Portfolio Management purpose calculated by using Absolute VaR method which will not greater than 20% of NAV. The Fund may also invest in structured note.
• The Fund may borrow for investment purpose no more than 50% of NAV. However, the Fund will not engage in repurchase agreement for investment benefit, nor short sale.​

• The Master Fund invests primarily in a portfolio of income generating securities, for example, fixed income securities, equities and REITs, globally, and through the use of financial derivative instruments.

• The Fund invests in equity stocks, fixed income instruments and/or bank deposit. The Fund's equity exposure may not exceed 30% of NAV.  
• The Fund may have foreign investment exposure not exceed 30% of NAV and may use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 90% of foreign fixed income exposure. The foreign equity exposure will be unhedged against exchange rate risk.  
• The Fund may invest in derivatives for Efficient Portfolio Management purpose (EPM) and Structured Notes (SN).​
• The Fund may invest in investment units of mutual funds under the management of KAsset without any limitation.​

• The Fund invests in equity stocks, fixed income instruments and/or bank deposit. The Fund's equity exposure may not exceed 55% of NAV.  
• The Fund may have foreign investment exposure not exceed 30% of NAV and may use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 90% of foreign fixed income exposure. The foreign equity exposure will be unhedged against exchange rate risk.  
• The Fund may invest in derivatives for Efficient Portfolio Management purpose (EPM) and Structured Notes (SN).​

• Invests in equity and fixed income, which are considered qualified stocks according to Islamic principles and have been approved by the Fund’s Religious Advisory Board.

• The Fund may invests in other mutual funds under management of KAsset without limitation. Such other mutual funds may invest in any mutual fund under management of KAsset not exceeding 1 level.

1 A.M. SET50 FUND will invest in equity instruments at least 80% of NAV on average in each accounting period. The fund shall mainly invest in common stocks of 25-30 companies which are SET50 Index components. The fund may invest in securities or other instruments complying with the rules of SEC. The fund may invest in derivatives for hedging and more efficient portfolio management. The fund does not invest in structured note.

• The Fund will mainly invest, with net exposure at least 80% of its NAV, in average, in any accounting period, in equity or equity related securities or assets of potential high growth or good fundamental companies for medium to long-term investment, and at least 50% of the Fund's NAV will be invested in shares of listed companies whereby the rest will be invested in other financial instruments.
• The fund aims to outperform the benchmark.

• The Fund will mainly invest, with net exposure at least 80% of its NAV, in average, in any accounting period in equity or equity related securities or assets of potential high growth or good fundamental companies for medium to long-term investment.
• At least 50% of the fund's NAV will be invested in shares of listed companies, in particular the first 150 listed companies with highest market capitalization and other stocks with sound fundamental. Appropriate ratio will be taken into account whereby the rest will be invested in other financial instruments.
• The fund aims to outperform the benchmark.

Mainly invest at least 80% of its NAV in any accounting period, in equity or equity related securities or assets of potential high growth or good fundamental companies for medium to long-term investment. The fund will invest in shares of listed companies, in particular companies with market capitalization not exceeding Baht 20,000 million or an equivalent of USD 500 million (on the first investment date) whereby the rest will be invested in other financial instruments according to the SEC or the Office of the SEC notifications.

• The Fund invests in Thai stocks with strong fundamentals and potential growth to generate stablereturns. The Fund Manager will adjust portfolio to enhance return in short term.

[ Closure to Subscription Orders and Switching-in Orders ] To invest at least 80% of its net asset value on average in listed stocks and mainly invest in stocks that potentially pays consistent dividends and small to medium cap stocks. (please see details in prospectus summary)

• The Fund invests in stocks with strong fundamentals, stable performance in all economic conditions or when the market fluctuates and pay regular dividends to generate stable income in long-term.  
• The Fund may invest in derivatives for Efficient Portfolio Management purpose (EPM).

The fund will mainly invest in units of a foreign fund (Singapore), Aberdeen Pacific Equity Fund (Master Fund), at least 80% of its NAV in any accounting period. The rest will be invested in securities or other assets approved by the SEC and the Office of the SEC as the fund manager deems appropriate for the benefits of unitholders but will not invest in derivatives or structure note.

The fund has a policy to invest in or hold the investment units of only one foreign fund, Morgan Stanley Investment Funds Global Opportunity Fund (master fund) on average in the fiscal year that is not less than 80% of the net asset value of the fund (feeder fund). The master fund is managed by Morgan Stanley Investment Management (ACD) Limited and is a mutual fund established under the regulations of UCITS (undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities) under the relevant laws of Luxembourg, a member of International Organizations of Securities Commission (IOSCO)

• The fund shall focus on investing in investment units of only one foreign master fund, namely Capital Group New Perspective Fund in investment units of Class P (USD) on average in the fiscal year, not less than 80% of the NAV. The master fund is managed by The Capital Group Companies.

• The fund may consider investing in or holding derivatives for hedging regarding foreign exchange rates. The fund shall enter into forward contracts to hedge almost all exchange rate risks, not less than 90% of the value of foreign investments. The fund may therefore be exposed to exchange rate risks which are not hedged.

• The Fund mainly invests in Brown Advisory US Sustainable Growth Fund, Dollar Class SI Acc​ (Master Fund) which invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of US companies that the Investment Manager considers have sound fundamentals and business models which are sustainable over the long-term and principally invests are common stocks.
• The Fund will use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 75% of foreign exposure.

ONE Ultimate Global Growth Fund shall invest in the investment units of a foreign fund which is "Baillie Gifford Long Term Global Growth Fund" (Master Fund) in Class B net accumulation on average in each accounting period not less than 80%  of its NAV. The Master Fund is under Ballie Gifford Overseas Growth Funds Investment Company with Variable Capital (ICVC) registered in Scotland and regulated by Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in United Kingdom. The Master Fund is managed by Ballie Gifford & Co Limited and regulated under UCITS.

• Mainly invest in Schroder International Selection Fund - Emerging Asia.The Fund invests at least two-thirds of its assets in equities of companies in emerging markets in Asia and managed by Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A.

primarily in common stock and depositary receipts etc. issued by companies worldwide and managed by WELLINGTON MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLP

equities and equity related instruments of Infrastructure Companies and manage by

• The Fund mainly invests in Baillie Gifford Positive Change Fund - Class B accumulation (GBP) (Master Fund) which invests in the shares of companies globally whose products and/or services make a positive impact to society and/or the environment. This will include companies addressing critical challenges in areas such as, but not limited to; education, social inclusion, healthcare and the environment.
• The Fund will use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 75% of foreign exposure

Minimum 80% of Funds assets in average of fund accounting year are invested in the Master Fund named, UBS (Lux) Investment SICAV - China A Opportunity (USD) (Class P - acc) (master fund), which invests in Chinese A-shares that are Renminbi-denominated shares of companies domiciled in mainland China (further referred to as "A-shares"); these A-shares are traded on Chinese stock exchanges such as the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. (please see details in prospectus summary).

[ Closure to Subscription Orders and Switching-in Orders ] The Fund will focus on investment units of foreign mutual funds (or “master fund”) on average in the accounting year not less than 80% of net asset value. The main fund that the fund invest in is the Invesco Global Consumer Trends Fund, type C-Acc Share Class, Type Accumulation. The fund invested in US dollar currency (USD) which registered in Luxembourg, and under UCITS, administered and managed by Invesco Management S.A.

The rest of the investment may be invested domestically and internationally. May invest in bank deposits. Debt securities, Debt securities Warrants include securities and / or other assets, or other results as specified in the program. And/ or as prescribed or approved by the SEC or the Office of the SEC.

The Fund may consider investing in derivatives. Foreign exchange risk (Derivatives) at the discretion of the fund manager.

The fund aims to achieve a passive fund flow, while the Invesco Global Consumer Trends Fund, C-Acc Share Class, Type Accumulation aims to achieve higher returns than Active Management.

• The fund invests in only one master fund which is Robeco Sustainable Global Stars Equities in EUR Class IL investment units at an average ratio during the fiscal year of not less than 80% of net asset value of the fund and investments in euros.
• Suitable for investors who can invest in long term and wish to diversify the investments into quality stocks around the world that give good returns and increase investment quality through sustainable investments who can accept the risk of the increase or decrease of foreign stock prices, including the risk of exchange rates. (The fund is hedged against exchange rate risk at the discretion of the fund manager as appropriate to the circumstances at each time.)
• Risk level of the fund is 6.

• The Fund mainly invests in JPMorgan Funds – China Fund, Class JPM China I (acc) - USD not less than 80% of NAV.  
• The Fund will use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 75% of foreign exposure.  

Investment Policy of JPMorgan Funds – China Fund, Class JPM China I (acc) - USD (Master Fund)
• The Fund will primarily focus on investing in equities of companies that are domiciled, or carrying out the main part of their economic activity, in the PRC, including China A-Shares​.

• The Fund mainly invests in Allianz Europe Equity Growth Fund, Class AT-EUR not less than 80% of NAV.  
• The Fund will use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 75% of foreign exposure.  
Allianz Europe Equity Growth Fund, Class AT-EUR (Master Fund)   
• A minimum of 75% of Master Fund assets are permanently physically invested in European equity markets, with a focus on growth stocks.  

• The Fund mainly invests in JPMorgan Funds – Global Healthcare Fund, Class A (acc) - USD not less than 80% of NAV.  
• The Fund will use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 75% of foreign exposure.  
JPMorgan Funds – Global Healthcare Fund, Class A (acc) - USD (Master Fund)  
• At least 67% of the Master Fund's assets will be invested in equity securities of Healthcare Companies.

• The Fund invests in at least 2 foreign funds.
• The Foreign Funds include Country, Regional or Global Equity Funds.
• The Fund may invest in a particular Foreign Fund not more than average 79% of NAV ​in any accounting ​period.
• The Fund may use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at Fund Manager's discretion.

• The Fund mainly invests in Schroder International Selection Fund Japanese Equity, Class A Acc​ (JPY)​ ​not less than 80% of NAV.
• The Fund will use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 75% of foreign exposure.  
Schroder International Selection Fund Japanese Equity, Class A Acc (JPY)​ (Master Fund)
• The Master Fund invests at least two-thirds of its assets in equities of Japanese companies.

• The Fund mainly invests in Brown Advisory US Sustainable Growth Fund, Dollar Class SI Acc​ (Master Fund) which invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of US companies that the Investment Manager considers have sound fundamentals and business models which are sustainable over the long-term and principally invests are common stocks.
• The Fund will use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 75% of foreign exposure. 

Core investment in the investment units of the foreign mutual fund namely “SPDR Gold Trust” listed in Singapore, the average investment in an accounting year in such foreign fund will be of not less than 80% of the fund’s net asset value

TMB Global Property Fund will mainly invest in off-shore mutual fund (master fund) ,Brookfield Global Listed Real Estate UCITS Fund Class E (acc) – USD, not less than 80% on accounting-year average of its net asset value which is listed on the Ireland Stock Exchange and being under UCITS and managed under the supervision of Brookfield Investment Funds (UCITS) Public Limited Company, and invests in USD. The class is offered to institutional investors, no dividend policy. For remaining investment, the Management Company will invest, domestically or internationally, in securities or other assets or seeking benefits by other means as specified by the SEC or the Office of the SEC.

The Fund has its policy to invest at least 80% of NAV abroad. The ultimate aim is to generate steady income from property business. PRINCIPAL PROP Fund will be focused to seek investment opportunities from property funds and financial instruments which are linked to property business for both onshore and offshore.

• The Fund mainly invests in SPDR Gold Trust (Master Fund) which invests in gold to reflect the performance of the price of gold bullion, less Fund's expenses.​
• The Fund will use derivatives to hedge against exchange rate risk at least 90% of foreign exposure.
• The Management Company of the Master Fund is World Gold Trust Services, LLC.
• Seek to track performance of the Master Fund which applies passive management strategy.

• This fund has a policy to invest in the following assets or instruments in the property sector and/or Infra Unit which are registered domestically and internationally. These would include investment units which are in the distributing process and IPO, not less than 80% on accounting-year average of its NAV of this fund.
