Payable to Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited by crossing and crossing out “or Bearer”, and specifying the policy number and the insured’s name at the back of the cheque

The payment can be made by all credit cards with the symbols,

For premium payment via Kasikornbank, only the credit cards issued by Kasikornbank are accepted.)
