1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem and use the privilege from 6 February 2024 – 31 December 2024 via MTL Click Application.
2. A member is entitled to 2 privileges throughout the campaign. The privileges can be transferred to others.
3. Members must pay all expenses for health checkup package. The price already includes doctor's fee and IVF & Women Clinic service fee, or it is according to the conditions specified by IVF & Women Clinic.
4. Members can keep the code received from the point redemption in “My Coupon Menu” on MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign period or can delete the used coupon after successfully redeeming the privilege.
5. Please make a reservation 1 days in advance at line contact @iwclinic หรือ โทร 02 653 3331 / 097 250 9331.
6. Please present the privilege code via MTL Click Application to the hospital staff on the service date.
7. Service conditions are as specified by IVF & Women Clinic.
8. The company reserves the right not to exchange for cash. or can be used in conjunction with other promotional activities
