1. The point redemption period starts from 1 February 2024 – 30 November 2024  (or until fully redeemed)
2. The privilege must be exercised within 31 December 2024 only.
3. Point Redemption Channels 
   3.1 MTL Click Application.
   3.2 Call Center Tel. 1766 press 4, press 2, on Monday – Friday, from 08.30 - 17.00 hrs. (except public holidays)
4. Members can redeem up to 4 privileges per person and can transfer rights to others.
5. Once the point redemption is confirmed, the Company will deliver the coupons for check-up programs by EMS shipment within 15 business days. If point redemption is completed.
6. Please make a reservation 3 days in advance at Participating Hospitals
7. In case of lost or damaged coupons, the Company reserves the right not to issue new ones under any circumstances. 
8. The coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or exercised with other promotions.
9. Service conditions are as specified by participating hospitals. 
10. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance only provides the privileges for its members.   However, the Company has no involvement with the service. 
11. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.                                        
12. Conditions of the point redemption are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance.
