Muang Thai Smile Club members in Beyond Prestige tier are entitled for Lady Plus or Gentleman Plus Health Checkup Program at participating leading hospitals.

Conditions for Smile Healthy Plus Health Checkup Program
1. Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance before receiving the health checkup service at the participating hospitals.
2. Please refrain from drinking and eating at least 8-12 hours before receiving the service.
3. Please present the ID card and the gift voucher given by the Company to the staff at the participating hospitals.
4. Service conditions are as specified by the participating hospitals.
1. A Muang Thai Smile Club member in Beyond Prestige is entitled to receive either Lady Plus or Gentleman Plus Health Checkup Program.
2. This privilege can be transferred to a family member. They must be the member’s legal husband, wife, child, father, mother, or the premium payer only.
3. 1 gift voucher for the health checkup service is for 1 person only.
4. This privilege can be used once a year. The service at the participating hospitals or dental clinics is available until 31 December 2024 only.
5. In case a member receives another service which is not the specified service, the member is responsible for the incurred expenses.
6. Service conditions are as specified by the participating hospitals and dental clinics.
7. Muang Thai Smile Club under Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL is only the privilege provider. The Company is not involved in providing the service.
8. The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, add or terminate conditions without prior notice.
