Q:ถ้าวันที่สมัครทำประกันสุขภาพยังดี แต่เมื่อสมัครไปสักพักเป็นโรคร้ายโดยที่ไม่เคยมีประวัติมาก่อน ทางบริษัทฯ จะมีการตรวจสอบและยกเลิกความคุ้มครองภายหลังหรือไม่
A:เนื่องจากไม่มีการถามคำถามสุขภาพตอนสมัครทำประกัน บริษัทฯจึงไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิบอกล้างสัญญาได้ ทั้งนี้ความคุ้มครองจะเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขและข้อยกเว้นที่ระบุในกรมธรรม์

Q:หากเสียชีวิตจากการเจ็บป่วยใน 2 ปีแรก จะได้รับผลประโยชน์ใดหรือไม่
A:กรณีหากเสียชีวิตจากเจ็บป่วยใน 2 ปีแรก บริษัทฯ จะจ่ายเงินเท่ากับเบี้ยประกันชีวิตที่ชำระมาแล้ว ของแบบประกันภัยเมืองไทยสบายใจ 90/90 (เพื่อผู้สูงอายุ) บวกด้วยเงินเพิ่ม 2% ของเบี้ยประกันดังกล่าว แต่หากเสียชีวิตตั้งแต่ปีกรมธรรม์ที่ 3 เป็นต้นไป บริษัทฯ จ่ายเต็มตามจำนวนเงินเอาประกันภัยของแบบประกันภัยเมืองไทยสบายใจ 90/90 (เพื่อผู้สูงอายุ) ให้แก่ผู้รับประโยชน์

A:อ้างอิงข่าวจากนสพ.โพสตูทูเดย์ ฉบับวันที่ 30 พ.ย. 2558 นายอำนาจ วงศ์พินิจวโรดม ผู้ช่วยเลขาธิการสายพัฒนาและวิเคราะห์ระบบการตรวจสอบ สำนักงานคปภ. เปิดเผยว่า หากลูกค้าทำประกันชีวิตสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ และบริษัทไม่ระบุให้ลูกค้าต้องแถลงเรื่องสุขภาพ หากลูกค้าเสียชีวิต บริษัทประกันต้องจ่ายสินไหมตามที่ได้ระบุไว้ในกรมธรรม์ ไม่มีสิทธิปฏิเสธได้ ดังนั้น ข่าวลือดังกล่าว จึงไม่เป็นความจริง

1. Term of insurance and term of premium payment
    Muang Thai Sabai Chai 90/90 (for seniors) insurance plan : Attaining the age of 90
    Sabai Chai personal accident rider (for seniors) : 1 year
    (Premium payment period is until the age of 75 and the coverage is provided until the age of 76)
2. Insurable age : 50 – 75 years old
3. Premium payment : Annual and monthly
4. Medical checkup : No medical checkup and no health questions

In the event that the insured already knows And false statement Or already know what the actual message is But did not disclose the actual message to the company while requesting insurance Which if the company Know the actual message and may motivate the company To call that higher premium or refusing to make a contract The insurance contract will be void according to Section 865, which the company may tell to clear the contract. 1. Acts of the insured while under the influence of alcohol, narcotic drugs or narcotic substances that impairs the insured’s mental faculty. The term “under the influence of alcohol” is in case of having blood alcohol concentration (BAC) test result of 150 mg/dL or over.
2. Suicide, suicide attempt or self-inflicted injury
3.Change or wear denture, dental crown, prosthodontics, etc.
