The documents must be still valid onthe date when they are filed.- Copy of passport- Copy of identification card issued by government agencies of their nationalities which must be in English or translated into English. - Copy of alien registration card - Copy of other important documents issued by the Thai government, such ascopy of identification card in case the person is a non-Thai national/copyof identification card in case the person has no registration status.3. In case the beneficiary is a minor (less than 20 years old) - Submit a copy of identification card (if any) for consideration. In case thebeneficiary does not have a copy of identification card, a copy of birth certificate is required as an identification document instead of the identification card.- A father, a mother, or a legal guardian is required to submit a copy of identification card and parental rights document (if not a father/mother), certified true copy, and specify contact number and current address. %u2022 In case the beneficiary is a juristic person1.
