Q : Can I not use my account to join the activity?
A : The participants cannot use other accounts to participate. Those entitled to the privileges must be the owner of the account used to participate in the activity only.
Q : The participants must hold or buy D Health Plus before participating?
A : No, everyone is welcome to join.
Q : Are there any limitations on age and nationality of the participants?
A : There are no age and nationality limitations. The participants must have a residence in Thailand.
Q : What platform can the participants post the video clip on?
A : 3 platforms: Facebook, X (Twitter) and TikTok. You can choose any platform or you can post on all platforms.
Q : If a participant receives privileges through multiple channels, can the privileges be transferred to others?
A : The Company reserves the right to give 1 privilege to 1 person per channel only.
Q : In case the video clip has been already posted, can I edit the post?
A : The post cannot be edited. If the post is found edited, the right to participate in the activity will be forfeited.
Q : Do the participants need to appear in the video clip?
A : Not necessary. You can make the video clip in any form, such as dubbing, texts and singing.
Q : Is there a limit to the clip length?
A : The clip length must be 30 seconds - 3 minutes.
Q : Can the privileges be transferred to others?
A : The privileges cannot be transferred to others.

Q : When is the winner announcement date?
A : 11 March 2024 from 16.00 hrs.
Q : How can the winners confirm the participation?
A : The winners must confirm via X Direct Message: @MuangThaiLife by informing the name-surname and the account name used to participate in the activity. The information must match the registration via Google Form. The winners must confirm from 11-16 March 2024. Failure to do so within the specified period will be considered a waiver.
Q : Can MTL staff join the activity?
A : Employees, agents, sales staff and officials involved in the activity cannot participate in this activity.

Q : What time does the registration start for the event attendees?
A : You can register from 17.00-17.40 hrs. If case of arriving later, you will not be able to attend the event.
Q : What time does the event start?
A : The event starts from 18.00 - 19.00 hrs.
Q : What documents are required to confirm the privilege redemption on the event date?
A : The event attendees must prepare their ID card or driver's license with the name and surname matching the winner announcement list to confirm your identity before attending the event.

A : The team will inform of the seat arrangement details later.
Q : Is it necessary for the participants to wear a face mask at the event?
A : You don't have to wear it all the time.
