Q: How do I create an account for MTL Click?
A: The process is simple. Just click into the application and creat a new account. Fill in your username, password, and mobile phone number. OTP for verification will be sent to the provided number. After completed verification, select a login process, including Face ID, fingerprint scanning, and 6-digit passcode. Finally, you may upload your profile picture and start using the application

Q: How can I add policies in MTL Click?
A: - For individual insurance and Thai nationals, fill in the identification number and date of birth.
- For individual insurance and non-Thai nationals, fill in insured's number and date of birth. 
- For group insurance, fill in identification number, group client ID number, and date of birth.

Q: How can I change account password?
A: Select "Profile & Settings", "Settings", and "Change Password" (Password must contain 6 characters, comprising at least 1 capital letter and 1 number). After that, click to save.

Q: What should I do If I forget my password for MTL Click?
A: No worries. Just click ""Forgot Password"" on the login page. 
 
 - For individual insurance and Thai nationals, fill in insured's number and identification number.
 - For individual insurance and non-Thai nationals, fill in insured's number and date of birth. 
 - For group insurance, fill in identification number, group client ID number, and date of birth.
 
 After that, the system will send an OTP to the registered mobile phone number. You can reset your password and then click to save.

Q: What should I do If I cannot create a new account/reset password?
A: Just make sure that your 6-digit password comprises at least 1 capital letter and 1 number, without space. The password and the confirmed password must be identical. In case of other issues, try updating the application to the latest version, restart your device, and try again. If, after following all the instructions, it's still not working, please contact Call Center Tel. 1766 available 24/7.

Q: For those who already use Smile Service, can they use the same username and password to log into MTL Click?
A: No, they need to create a new account.

Q: What are Face ID, fingerprint scanning and App ID?
A: Face ID is a facial recognition system for login process on mobile phone. It is only available on certain compatible devices. Face ID would be saved on the device and can be used for unlocking instead of passcode.
 - Fingerprint scanning is also available on certain compatible devices. It can be used for unlocking your smart phones instead of passcode or login.
 - App ID is a 6-digit password. Users can set it during the new account registration process before using the app.

Q: How can I change my login process?
A: Simply click the menu "Profile & Settings", "Settings" and "Quick Login" to select your preferred method, including Face ID, fingerprint scanning, and App ID.

Q: Where can I check my policy No.?
A: Click the menu "My Policies" and the policy you wish to see. The policy No. will be under the policy name.

Q: Where can I check the summary of benefits and coverage of the policies?
A: Click the menu "My Policies," which summarizes all the benefits and coverage of policies.

Q: Where can I check my claim history?
A: Go to "My Claim" and "Past Claims".

Q: How can I check premium payment due dates?
A: Check your premium payment due date via the menu "My Policies" and see the premium payment due date under the product name. In case of paid up polices, the word paid up will be shown on the exact location.

Q: Which channels can I make insurance premium payments?
A: There are 4 payment channels via credit cards, KBank debit cards, K Plus application, or counter services nationwide with barcode/QR code required for payments.

Q: How can I make a payment via credit cards?
A: Simply follow these steps. Select the policy whose premium you want to pay for and check the payment amount. Then, select to pay via your credit card, and the system will lead you to KBank Gateway. Check the data and press "Pay Now". After that, confirm the payment with OTP sent in an SMS to your mobile phone number linked to certain cards. Then, the payment process is completed.

Q: How I pay via a KBank debit card?
A: Select the policy whose premium you want to pay for and check the payment amount. Then, select to pay via your KBank debit card and click "Pay Now". After that, confirm the payment with OTP sent in an SMS to your mobile phone number linked to certain cards. Then, the payment process is completed.

Q: How can I make a payment via QR code or barcode?
A: Select the policy whose premium you want to pay for and check the payment amount. Then, select to pay at a counter service and show QR code or Barcode to pay at:

 3. Other payment counters, including counter services, post offices, and others.

Q: How can I make a payment via K Plus application?
A: Select the policy whose premium you want to pay for and check the payment amount. Then, select to pay via K Plus application. After that, a box will pop up, press "Confirm" to access the payment screen on K Plus application. In this regard, customers can click to pay on K Plus application. Then, the payment process is completed.

Q: Can I apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership via MTL Click?
A: Customers can apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership by filling in personal information and confirming membership conditions via MTL Click application (conditions of membership application are as specified by the Company.)

Q: What are the features that Muang Thai Smile Club members can use on MTL Click?
A: .- Checking their tiers of Muang Thai Smile Club 
 .- Checking most recent accumulated Smile Points and expired points in a year.

Q: Can I redeem accumulated Smile Points for the privilege and use it later?
A: Members can use the privilege later within the specified campaign period which is specified in the campaign details.

Q: How can I view the code or coupon for exercising the privilege at the shop?
A: After members redeem accumulated Smile Points or click to receive the privileges, they can view in the menu "Muang Thai Smile Club" and select the coupon/privilege. The remaining duration of each valid campaign will then appear.

Q: Will the information and history of discounts or privilege redemption still appear?
A: You can only see the history of discounts and privilege redemption made on MTL Click.

A: No, the system will automatically log out on the device you are using when you log in on another device.

A: To turn off/on notifications on different items, click to edit in Profile & Settings > Settings > Notification.

A: To change your profile picture, click the menu and then "Profile & Settings". You can simply change your profile picture by cliking on the present picture and browse the picture from your gallery or take a new photo.

Q: How can I update my personal data (such as phone number)?
A: To update or edit your personal data, click "Profile & Settings" and choose "My Personal Information".

Q: How can I update my policy details?
A: Click "Profile & Settings" and "My Policy". You can update the information of each policy or all at a time.

Q: How can I update the latest version of application?
A: You can update it via Play Store (for Android) and App Store (for iOS).
