If You Don’t Want to Get Sick, Change Now!!
Office workers spend 8 – 10 hours at work unavoidably. Behaviors may cause illnesses and diseases such as sitting posture, snacking on, staring at screen for too long or stress. If you do not want to get sick from working. We encourage you to reset your behavior before it is too late.
Irregular meal times
If you always have irregular meal times, snack, eat too much or too less, these behaviors might cause stomach malfunctions such as gastritis, IBS or GERD.
If these behaviors continue, the symptoms might develop to more serious diseases such as peptic ulcer disease, gastrointestinal perforation, or gastric cancer, etc.

Gazing at computer screens for too long
If you have dry eyes, eye strain, eye pain, light sensitivity, headache, neck and shoulder pain, this means that you are about to have Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). This symptom is common and caused by behavior while using computer, tablet or telephone during working hours for too long, and working place might have insufficient light or you might sit too close or far from screens.
To fix this, you need to change behavior, increase light and screen brightness, adjust your chair, take a break, blink often or use artificial tear to treat dryness.

Wrong sitting posture
Light back pain might scare you of having office syndrome. If you also have neck and shoulder pain, numbness in fingers, palms or arms, this is a clear sign that you will have office syndrome soon. Wrong sitting posture and poor working furniture cause muscle soreness which might lead to pain. So, you should change behavior, take a break and stretch to avoid office syndrome.
Office syndrome might cause serious spine problems such as herniated disc or scoliosis, etc.

Sleep late and wake up early
Working until late night and waking up early to work again may change biological clock. Insufficient rest leads to heart disease, paralysis, or ADHD.
So, you should stop this behavior and improve your time management, and have short nap during a day around 10 – 15 minutes, or sleep longer around 6 – 7 hours/ day for better health.
