What is Group Insurance (GROUP INSURANCE)?

Group insurance generally provides various types of insurance coverage to employees under a single policy. The risk is assessed based on the average of the entire group, considering factors such as age, gender, occupation, and the amount of coverage. The premium is calculated to be a single rate applied to everyone in the group, which reduces the cost of insurance and results in overall lower premiums compared to individual life insurance policies.Good employee benefits are crucial for attracting and retaining valuable employees, as they provide peace of mind in the event of accidents, illness, or disability. Employees receive comprehensive and appropriate coverage. In addition to relatively low premiums, group life insurance policies have terms that are suitable for retailers, private businesses, and government agencies that summarize their performance annually. Typically, the business owner pays all the premiums for the employees as a form of encouragement and motivation.
