Limitations on service
• Receive the service at Bangkok Hospital Headquarter (Soi Soonvijai) from today - 31 July 2024 only.
• All rights are reserved for service recipients aged 18 years and over who are interested in cancer risk assessment, who have a direct family history of cancer or who have high risk of cancer, such as smoking a lot, drinking alcohol regularly, being exposed to a carcinogen or being in environments at risk of getting cancer, such as PM 2.5.
• Cancer risk assessment is at the doctor's discretion, now available for pregnant women, cancer patients or those undergoing cancer treatment.

1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem and use the privilege from 1 April 2024 – 31 July 2024 via MTL Click Application.
2. Members are entitled to receive unlimited number of privileges and can transfer the privileges to others.
3. Members must pay all expenses for Cancer Look Out Package. The price already includes doctor's fee and hospital service fee, or it is according to the conditions specified by the hospitals.
4. Members can keep the code received from the point redemption in “My Coupon Menu” on MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign period or can delete the used coupon after successfully redeeming the privilege.
5. Please make a reservation 3 days in advance at Bangkok Hospital Headquarter (Soi Soonvijai).
6. Please present the privilege code via MTL Click Application to the hospital staff on the service date.
7. Service conditions are as specified by Bangkok Hospital Headquarter (Soi Soonvijai).
8. The company reserves the right not to exchange for cash. or can be used in conjunction with other promotional activities
