Muang Thai Smile Club was established since 28 September 2004 to deliver happiness and smiles to customers under the concept of "Customer Centricity" to fulfill all needs and match all lifestyles of customers.
2004
The Company established “ Muang Thai Smile Club “
28 Sept. 2004 – The Company established “Muang Thai Smile Club: The Center of Happiness and Smiles of Forward Thinking People” to create and manage customer relationships closely through activities and various types of privileges. This made the Company the first in the insurance business to establish a Loyalty Program especially for customers. Muang Thai Life Assurance customers can sign up to become Muang Thai Smile Club Members free-of-charge according to the criteria and terms & conditions as designated by the Company

Muang Thai Smile Club organized activities and awarded privileges for customers, adhering to the concept of customer centricity to satisfy customer needs according to their lifestyles as much as possible.

The Launch Of The “Muang Thai Smile Club Card
The launch of the “Muang Thai Smile Club Card: Card of True Happiness for Forward Thinking People” for customers to enjoy privileges at stores that partner with Muang Thai Smile Club.
2007
A Point System Was Created
A Point System was created called the “Accumulated Smile Point” system, which is calculated from the insurance premium of the main policy and the terms & conditions as designated by the Company to be used as a symbol for redeeming points or to use for claiming the right to a lucky draw to receive the privilege of participating in activities or receiving other privileges from the Muang Thai Smile Club.

Muang Thai Smile Club is the club of happiness and smiles that the Company established to create and manage close relationships with customers of Muang Thai Life Assurance through various activities and privileges. Muang Thai Life Assurance is the first life insurance company to invent a loyalty program for customers. Muang Thai Smile Club was established since September 28th, 2004 under the slogan “Muang Thai Smile Club: The Center of Happiness and Smiles of Forward Thinking People” that organizes activities and awards privileges for customers, adhering to the concept of customer centricity to satisfy customer needs according to their lifestyles as much as possible.
Only Muang Thai Life Assurance customers can subscribe for Muang Thai Smile Club Membership (apply free-of-charge) according to the terms & conditions as designated by the Company.
Muang Thai Life Assurance customers can subscribe for Muang Thai Smile Club Membership conveniently and easily through various channels, as follows:

- Fill out an application form attached to the policy book and mail it at any time (application form is a business reply, which doesn’t require a postal stamp).
- Subscribe at any Muang Thai Life Assurance customer service center nationwide.
- Subscribe through agents and Muang Thai Life Assurance distribution channels nationwide.
- Subscribe via telephone by calling 1766 Muang Thai Smile (during business hours)
- Subscribe at Muang Thai Smile Club booth at the Company’s events.
Muang Thai Smile Club members can enjoy the happiness of the preferred lifestyle activities and privileges that Muang Thai Smile Club arranges for its members. Simply present your membership card to receive discounts and privileges, whether its concerts, plays, featured performances both local and international, hotel accommodations, restaurants, beauty clinics, hospitals, and 2,000 partner stores nationwide. The accumulated Smile Points can also be used to redeem privileges or participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities that you can choose from all throughout the year, such as activities for health and beauty, family activities, etc. In addition, there are also services and privileges ready to serve members with happiness and convenience according to the terms & conditions as designated by the Company.
There are 4 types of Muang Thai Smile Club cards including:
1. Muang Thai Smile Club Smile membership:
total premium of all insurance policies (annualized) less than 150,000 baht*
2. Muang Thai Smile Club Prestige membership:
total premium of all insurance policies (annualized) at between 150,000 – 4,999,999 baht*
3. Muang Thai Smile Club Beyond Prestige membership:
total premium of all insurance policies (annualized) at between 5,000,000 – 9,999,999 baht*
4. Muang Thai Smile Club The Ultimate membership:
total premium of all insurance policies (annualized) at least 10,000,000 baht*
*Terms and conditions of Muang Thai Smile Club Membership is as designated by the Company
Total premium of all policies (annualized) of each member is calculated according to the criteria, terms & conditions as designated by the Company, which will determine how members are categorized and which type of membership card the member will receive. Members of each category will receive different special benefits and privileges as designated by the Company.
Accumulated Smile Points are calculated from premiums according to criteria and conditions specified by the Company. Terms and conditions of accumulated point calculation vary based on insurance plans. The point expiry date is as specified by the Company. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem the points for privileges and participation in Muang Thai Smile Club campaigns throughout the year. For privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club campaigns, accumulated Smile Points shall be effective only from the date when the Company receives and records the membership application form. Terms and conditions of accumulated point calculation vary based on insurance plans specified by the Company and premium payment. Only effective insurance policies are eligible for accumulated point calculation. Smile Points will expire on 30 June and 31 December of every year. In case a member does not redeem accumulated Smile Points before they expire, the points will be terminated according to criteria and conditions specified by the Company. The members can check the points and activity details via MTL Click Application.
Moreover, if all eligible insurance policies for Muang Thai Smile Club membership are terminated prior to the point expiry date, accumulated Smile Points and membership status will be immediately terminated. The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, add, or terminate conditions without prior notice.
