Muang Thai Life Assurance customers can conveniently and easily apply to be Muang Thai Smile Club members through various channels as follows:

• Apply via the MTL Click application ( free download, no charge).
• Complete the membership application form attached to the policy book and send it by post immediately (the membership application form is a business reply service; no postage stamp is required).
• Apply at any Muang Thai Life Assurance customer service center nationwide.
• Apply through Muang Thai Life Assurance agents and sales channels nationwide.
• Apply by telephone. Call Tel. 1766, Muang Thai Life Assurance (during business hours).
• Apply at Muang Thai Smile Club booths at various Company events.

Muang Thai Smile Club members can enjoy happiness that matches their preferred lifestyle through a wide range of activities and privileges that Muang Thai Smile Club has specially selected for members. By simply presenting the membership card, members can receive various discounts and privileges, including concerts, stage plays, leading performances both domestically and internationally, hotels and accommodation, restaurants, beauty institutes, hospitals, and more than 2,000 partner shops nationwide, or members may use accumulated Smile Points to redeem privileges or participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities available throughout the year, such as domestic and overseas travel activities, health and beauty activities, family activities, and others. In addition, there are many other services and special privileges prepared to deliver happiness and convenience to members, in accordance with the criteria and conditions specified by the Company.

There are four types of Muang Thai Smile Club cards, as follows:

1. Muang Thai Smile Club card – Smile tier
Customers with total premiums across all policies (calculated on an annual basis) of less than 200,000 baht*.
2. Muang Thai Smile Club card – Prestige tier
Customers with total premiums across all policies (calculated on an annual basis) of 200,000–1,999,999 baht*.
3. Muang Thai Smile Club card – Beyond Prestige tier
Customers with total premiums across all policies (calculated on an annual basis) of 2,000,000–4,999,999 baht*.
4. Muang Thai Smile Club card – The Ultimate tier
Customers with total premiums across all policies (calculated on an annual basis) of 5,000,000 baht or more per year*.

* Muang Thai Smile Club membership conditions are as specified by the Company.
The total premiums across all policies (calculated on an annual basis) of members are calculated in accordance with the criteria and conditions specified by the Company, which may vary depending on the insurance policy type, and are used as the criteria for determining member tiers. Each member tier will receive different privileges and special benefits. Conditions are as specified by the Company.

Smile Points are only a symbol used for point redemption or for indicating eligibility to participate in various activities organized by the Company, including receiving special privileges from partner shops. The purpose is to build good relationships with customers who are Muang Thai Smile Club members.
Smile Points are earned from the payment of insurance premiums for policies which are currently in force, in accordance with the criteria and conditions specified by the Company, and are counted only from the date on which the Company records receipt of the membership application documents.
The conditions for calculating points vary depending on the insurance policy type as specified by the Company
Smile Points expire on 30 June and 31 December of each year. If members have Smile Points that are not redeemed before the expiration date, the points will expire in accordance with the Company’s criteria and conditions. Members can check their points and activity details via the MTL Click application.
In the event that the status of all insurance policies under the Muang Thai Smile Club membership conditions terminates before the expiration of accumulated points, the Smile Point balance and membership status will terminate immediately. The Company reserves the right to change, amend, add, or cancel the conditions without prior notice.

2. Muang Thai Life Assurance customer service centers at all branches nationwide.

Smile Points are calculated based on the type of insurance policy, as
follows:
>> Ordinary life insurance policies, long-term universal life policies(excluding top-ups), and all types of Personal Accident (PA) insurance (PA insurance is counted only when held together with at least one main policy)earn 1 Smile Point for every 1,000 Baht of premium paid.

>> Single-premium insurance policies, single-premium universal life
policies (excluding top-ups), high-return insurance policies, and all types of
credit protection insurance earn 1 Smile Point for every 10,000 Baht of premium paid.

Note: 
Unit-linked insurance policies, both long-term and single-premium,
are not eligible for Smile Point accumulation.
