1.Gift Card is valid for purchase of accommodation, dining at hotels’ restaurants and Spa Cenvaree at any hotels and resorts in Thailand Which are managed by Centara Hotels& Resorts.
2.This Gift Card is the property of Centara Hotels& Resorts. The Company reserves the right to change or cancel it in the event of misuse or breach of conditions without prior notice.
3. After activation, the card is valid for one year.
4. On the front of the card will be displayed the activation code (4 digits) for registration to activate the card. please contact the staff by calling 02 102 1234. (09.00-18.00 hrs.) On Monday through Friday.
5. Please treat your Gift Card like cash. If lost, Centara Hotels& Resorts will not be able to refund the outstanding amount of the card.
6. Card value Cannot be redeemed for cash. No refunds are possible and card will not be accepted if damaged or altered.
7. Purchases will be deducted from the Gift Card balance. If any spend exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid either in cash. By credit card or other available payment method.
8. Centara Hotels& Resorts is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Card.
9. Card value may not be transferred to another card.
10. Gift Card CONNOT be used for MICE group bookings

1.Muang Thai Smile Club members are entitled to redeem Smile Points via MTL Click Application from 1 May 2023 – 31 March 2025 (or until fully redeemed).
2. Point Redemption Limit
- The members in Smile tiers are entitled to up to 4 privileges / person / transaction/throughout the campaign.
- The members in Prestige, Beyond Prestige and The Ultimate tier are entitled to up to 6 privileges / person/ transaction/throughout the campaign.
3. Once the point redemption is confirmed, the Company will deliver the Centara Gift Card by EMS shipment within 30 days. 
4. Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL reserves the right not to return the redeemed points under any circumstances.
5. In case Centara Gift Card is lost or destroyed, the Company reserves the right not to reissue the new card under any circumstances.
6. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
7. Point redemption conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. Muang Thai Smile Club under Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL is only the privilege provider for the members. In this regard, the Company has no involvement with such services.
