Food Allergy Testing Program
Special Privilege for Muang Thai Smile Club Members
Food allergy testing is to make sure before consuming foods which can help prevent severe allergic reactions and avoid health problems that may occur in the future.
Muang Thai Smile Club provides special privileges to the members by redeeming Smile Points for the food allergy testing program. Members can receive the services at participating hospitals.
Food Intolerance Test
-Redeem 9,000 Smile Points for food intolerance test (232 food items) at BDMS Wellness Clinic.
-Redeem 8,000 Smile Points for food intolerance test (222 food items) at Phyathai 2 Hospital.
Skin Test
-Redeem 700 Smile Points for skin test at Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital.
-Redeem 600 Smile Points for skin test at Praram 9 Hospital.
Note: For the skin test, please refrain from taking antihistamines 7 days in advance before the service date.

1. Members can redeem accumulated points via MTL Click Application from 1 December 2023 - 30 June 2024 and present the redemption code to staff at the participating hospitals to receive the services by 30 June 2024. (Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.)
2. The privileges can be transferred to others.
3. Point Redemption Limit
- The members in Smile tiers are entitled to up to 4 privileges/person throughout the campaign.
- The members in Prestige, Beyond Prestige and The Ultimate tier are entitled to up to 6 privileges / person throughout the campaign.
4. Members can keep the code they used to redeem points at ""My Coupon Menu"" on the MTL Click Application, Until the end of the program term. or delete used coupon after using the code successfully.
5. The privileges cannot be converted into cash, or combined with other promotions.
6. Service conditions are as specified by participating hospital.
7. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used to be presented to claim the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
8. Conditions of the point redemption are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
9. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL only offers special privileges to the members however, the Company is not involved in the services.
