1.    Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem Smile Points for products via MTL Click Application.
2.    A member is entitled to up to 4 privileges throughout the campaign
3.    The products will be delivered to addresses as provided in the system. To change the information, please call Tel. 1766, press 4, Muang Thai Smile Club, within 3 days after the confirmation of point redemption. If the Company cannot contact the customers within 90 days for product delivery, it will be declared void.  
4.    Brand's Suntory Wellness (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will deliver the products to the provided addresses within 20 business days upon the confirmed point redemption. However, in case of out-of-order products or products to be restocked, the delivery process may be longer than specified. In addition, the delivery service is free of charge.  
5.    The point redemption period is from 10 April 2024 - 31 December 2024
6.    Upon the verification of privilege redemption, Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL reserves the right not to allow changes in information under any circumstances.
7.    Employees and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in the campaign.  
8.    Accumulated Smile Points cannot be combined or transferred; the redeemed points cannot be returned under any circumstances.
