1.    A Muang Thai Smile Club member is entitled to up to 6 privileges / month. (500 privileges )
2.    Campaign period is from 1 January 2024 - 31 December 2024
3.    Muang Thai Smile Club members are entitled to redeem points via MTL Click Application, and show the code from the application to the SF First Class staff within 15 minutes. (A timer will appear on the screen.)
4.    The movie tickets are applicable with the following 9 branches (Central World, Central Plaza Lardprao, Central Plaza Grand Rama 9, The Crystal Park Ekamai - Ramindra, Emprive' Cineclub Emporium, Central Festival Phuket, Central Festival Pattaya Beach, Terminal 21 Pattaya, Maya Chiang mai and THE BED CINEMA by OMAZZ at Central World).
5.    3 channels to present the privileges codes eligible for cinemas under SF Group are as follows: 1. Counters at participating cinemas (9 branches) 2. SF CINEMA APPLICATION and 3.www.sfcinemacity.com.
6.    Upon the verification of privilege redemption, Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL reserves the right to confirm the information in the system and allow no change under any circumstances.
7.    The Company reserves the right not to return redeemed points under any circumstances.  
8.    The privilege cannot be converted or returned in cash. It also cannot be exercised in conjunction with other campaigns.
9.    The privilege cannot be transferred to others.
10.    The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, add, or cancel the conditions without prior notice.
11.    Movie ticket conditions are as specified by the cinemas under SF First Class Group.
12.    Point redemption conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance.
13.    Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.                                       
14.    MTL customers who are not Muang Thai Smile Club members can apply for the membership free of charge at Customer Service Centers nationwide or call Tel. 1766 during business days and hours.
