1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem 2 Smile Points for 1 lucky draw ticket (unlimited redemption) via MTL Click Application, or by calling Tel. 1766, press 4, or at Muang Thai Life Assurance Customer Service Centers nationwide.
2.    Muang Thai Smile Club members receive extra lucky draw ticket when updating address, telephone number and email address via MTL Click Application or KYC system on the website of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL. The details are as follows:
2.1    A Muang Thai Smile Club member who updates address, telephone number and email address via MTL Click Application or KYC system on the website of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL receives 5 extra lucky draw tickets throughout the campaign.
2.2    A Muang Thai Smile Club member who redeems points in Muang Thai Smile Mop Chok 2024 No. 1 and who updates address, telephone number and email address via MTL Click Application or KYC system on the website of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL receives 10 extra lucky draw tickets throughout the campaign.
3. For Muang Thai Smile Club members who have redeemed points for the tickets, the Company will gather the information and issue the tickets in the customers’ names for the lucky draw.
4.    Lucky draw method: Gathering all tickets and drawing lots for 5 rewards
5. The lucky draw date is 27 June 2024 held at Muang Thai Life Assurance Headquarters.
6. The Company will announce the winner names on www.muangthai.co.th on 28 June 2024 and deliver mails to notify the winners in writing within 7 days from the lucky draw date.
7. The winners will receive specified rewards only. The rewards cannot be converted into cash or other rewards.
8. The Company reserves the right on the reward distribution. Each winner will receive only one reward.
9. The winners who receive the reward worth 1,000 Baht and above are required to pay withholding tax of 5% of the reward value according to the Revenue Department’s Order No. TorPor. 4/2528 and TorPor. 101/2544.
10. The judges’ decision shall be final.
11. The lucky draw is approved by Ministry of Interior according to license No. 204/2567
12. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited cannot participate in this campaign.
13. The Company reserves the right not to return redeemed accumulated points under any circumstances.
