Ripe mangoes High vitamin
Welcome summer with “ripe mango”. The summer fruit that will cool down temperature. Besides its yummy taste, we can create many menus from ripe mango such as mango and sticky rice, smoothy mango or mango ice cream that you can grab from markets or department stores. It will make your day.
Benefits
- It has vitamin A to increase immunity, vitamin C to produce white blood cells, folate, vitamin K, E and B to enhance immunity as well. Moreover, it supports heart function, and it has antioxidants preventing heart from stress and reducing cholesterol in blood.

Mango smoothie 🥭
Ingredients
- Half of ripe mango
- 45 ml mango syrup
- 30 ml syrup
- 60 ml yoghurt
- 1 cup of ice (22 ounce)
- 30 ml clean water
How to make
- Chop mango and put in a blender
- Add ice
- Mango syrup
- Syrup
- Clean water
- Blend ingredients no. 1 – 5 until smooth
- Put yoghurt at the bottom of a glass, and pour the smoothie into the glass.

Melon Sweet and chill
Feeling chill like flying to Japan, even though we cannot go to Japan right now. Sweet melon looks like a cantaloup, but they have different taste, smell, and texture depending on species. Japanese melon is popular in Thailand because it is sweet and delicious with pleasant smell, and very unique.

Melon Bingsu 🍈
Ingredients
- 1/2 melon
- 500 ml sweet milk
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Vanilla ice cream
- Almonds
- Zip lock bag
How to make
- Pour milk in zip lock back, close and freeze it in a freezer for 3 hours.
- Slice top and bottom of melon, remove all melon seeds, scoop the melon or chop it into dice, and prepare it to place on shaved ice later.
- Get the milk from the freezer and crunch it, put it in a melon skin, and pour sweetened condensed milk as you like.
- Place melon beautifully and empty the middle part to put ice cream.
- Put ice cream in the middle part, top with almonds, and you might pour sweetened condensed milk again.

Watermelon Summer signature
The most popular fruit in summer is watermelon. It is the signature of the season. How to make
- Put watermelon at ¾ of a glass
- Pour 1/2 oz syrup into the glass.
- Pour watermelon into a blender, get ice at 1 – ½ of the glass and put it in the blender.
- Blend it until smooth.
- Pour in the glass and serve.

Coconut Natural water
Normal water might not enough for this summer. You should try cold coconut water and you will feel like you are at a beach, especially young coconut water. It is a cold fruit and rich in glucose and fructose. After drinking it, your body can use it as energy immediately making you feel fresh.

Ingredients
- 1.5-liter coconut water
- 13-gram young coconut jelly powder
- Sugar
How to make
- Mix coconut water, sugar and jelly power; after jelly powder and sugar dissolves, put it on the stove and turn it on, and keep stirring. Once jelly is boiling, put young coconut and stir it with low heat around 10 minutes. Do not forget to remove air bubbles.
- Scoop jelly and put into coconut, and freeze it around 2 – 3 hours.

- Put dragon fruit and coconut meat in a blender.
- Pour the mixed milk in the blender, and blend it until smooth.
- Pour it in a glass and decorate with dragon fruit and mint leaves.
