3. Point Redemption Limit
- The members in Smile tiers are entitled to up to 4 privileges / person / transaction/throughout the campaign.
- The members in Prestige, Beyond Prestige and The Ultimate tier are entitled to up to 6 privileges / person/ transaction/throughout the campaign.
4. Present the privilege code (E-Coupon) on MTL Click Application to the staff on the service date.
5. This privileges can transfer rights to others and  reserved to those over 15 years old only. 
6. Please make a reservation 3 days in advance at Participating Hospitals 
7. The coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or exercised with other promotions.
8. Service conditions are as specified by participating hospitals. 
9. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance only provides the privileges for its members.   However, the Company has no involvement with the service. 
10. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
