1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem points and privileges from 1 April 2024 – 31 December 2024.
2. Members can redeem points via MTL Click Application and receive the privilege code to contact the BDMS Wellness Clinic staff to make an appointment by calling Tel. 02 826 9999 (business hours during 80.00 – 17.00 hrs.), declaring the preferred program and presenting the privilege code to the staff.
3. The privilege code is valid until 31 December 2024.
4. Please make an appointment for the service at least 3 business days in advance.
5. A member is entitled to up to 4 privileges throughout the campaign, and the privilege can be transferred to others.
6. The aforementioned program already includes doctor fee and outpatient service fee.
7. The Company reserves the right not to return redeemed accumulated points under any circumstances.
8. The company reserves the right cannot be exchanged for cash or exercised with other promotions.
9. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance only provides the privileges for its members.   However, the Company has no involvement with the service.
10. Conditions of the point redemption are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance.  
11. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
