Payment via MTL Click Application

Credit Card

1. Select “Premium Payment”.
2. Select the policy to pay.
3. Check the payment amount.
4. Select the payment channel > Credit Card.
5. Choose card owner’s bank. (Kasikornbank, Siam Commercial Bank, and other banks)
6. The system will enter to the bank gateway.
7. Check the information and confirm payment.
8. The payment is completed.

SCB Debit Card

1. Select Premium Payment Menu.
2. Select the policy to pay the premium.
3. Check the premium amount.
4. Select the channel. > SCB Debit Card
   (Customers must first connect the debit card which can be done once in the first time, and the customers are able to disconnect.)
5. Review the information and confirm the payment.
6. The payment is successful.

Counters (Counter Service, Banks, MTL Branches)

1. Select “premium payment”.
2. Select the policy to pay.
3. Check the payment amount.
4. Select the payment channel > counters (Counter Service, Banks, MTL Branches).
5. The system will display Barcode/QR Code.
6. Barcode/QR Code can be scanned at the payment counters.
7. The payment is completed.

Remark: The payment status cannot be checked via the application if the payment is made at the counter service. (The Company will receive the payment from the counter service within 3 business days.) You can check the payment status by calling Tel. 1766.

KPlus Application

1. Select “Premium Payment”.
2. Select the policy to pay.
3. Check the payment amount.
4. Select the payment channel > KPlus Application
5. Insert the phone number linked with KPlus accounts.
   
6. The system will show a notification that the premium is required to be paid on KPlus.
7. Open KPlus Application.
8. Check the order for payment via Notification Menu.
9. Check the information and make payment.
10. The payment is completed.
