Direct debit payment from savings and current accounts


The Company shall automatically debit the payment from the accounts depending on the services provided by the following banks.

For unit-linked insurance plan, the payment can be made via the following banks.

Simply apply for the premium payment via debiting from savings accounts via 4 following channels.

1. Counters of the 12 banks
The Company will automatically debit an amount from a bank account according to the specified date of each bank.
   1.1 Fill in “Letter of Consent for Direct Debit from Credit Card/ Letter of Consent for Direct Debit from Bank Account and Letter of Intent to Receive Policy Benefits and Other Proceeds via Bank Account”
   1.2 Submit the form (1 original copy) and 1 copy of bank book to the company.
   1.3 Submit the document at Customer Service Centers nationwide or deliver the document to...

   2.3 Submit the form (1 original copy) and 1 copy of bank book and a slip of successful direct debit service application result via an ATM to the Company
   2.4 Submit the documents at Customer Service Centers nationwide or deliver them to

  3. Select “Direct Debit Application”
  4. Select “Company Code”
  5. Select a savings account or a current account
  6. Add the company code, press 50123. **in case of Unit-Linked or UL policy, press 33711
  7. Add the reference number 13-digit identification number
  8. Select “Confirm the Application”

  1. Insert your ATM card/password
  2. Select “Others”
  3. Select “Direct Debit”
  4. Select a savings account or a current account
  5. Add the service code, press 9986
  6. Add the customer’s code/number or the reference number 1, add 13-digits identification number
