Direct Debit Payment from Savings and Current Accounts

The Company shall automatically debit the payment from the accounts depending on the services provided by the following banks.

For Universal Life and Unit-Linked Insurance Plans

Simply apply for premium payment via direct debit through the following 4 channels:

1. Counters of the 12 Participating Banks

The Company will automatically debit the amount according to the specified schedule of each bank.

Fill in “Letter of Consent for Direct Debit from Credit Card/ Letter of Consent for Direct Debit from Bank Account and Letter of Intent to Receive Policy Benefits and Other Proceeds via Bank Account”
Submit the form (1 original copy) along with 1 copy of the bank passbook to the Company.
Submit documents at Customer Service Centers nationwide or mail them to:

2. Apply at ATMs

Apply via ATMs of the card-issuing bank nationwide or via ATM Barcode by following the system instructions.

Krungsri: Not required

Reference Number: Enter your 13-digit ID card number.
Fill in “Letter of Consent for Direct Debit from Credit Card/ Bank Account”.
Submit the form (1 original copy), 1 copy of the bank passbook, and the successful ATM transaction slip to the Company.

Select "Mutual Fund / K Mobile Banking / Others".
Select "Direct Debit Application".
Select "Company Code".
Select Savings Account or Current Account.
Enter Company Code: Press 50123 *(For Unit-Linked or UL policy, press 33711).
Enter Reference Number: 13-digit ID card number.
Select "Confirm the Application".

Insert your ATM card and enter PIN.
Select "Others".
Select "Direct Debit".
Select Savings Account or Current Account.
Enter Service Code: Press 9986.
Enter Reference 1: 13-digit ID card number.
Enter Reference 2: Phone number.
Select "Confirm the Application".

Insert your ATM card and enter PIN.
Select "Others".
Select "Apply for Service / Check Credit Card Data (NCB)".
Select "Direct Debit".
Select Savings Account or Current Account.
Enter Company Code: Press 1766.
Enter Reference Number: 13-digit ID card number.
Select "Confirm the Application".

Insert your ATM card and enter PIN.
Select "Apply / Change Service".
Select "Direct Debit".
Select "Insurance" and choose "Muang Thai Life Assurance".
Select Savings Account or Current Account.
Enter Reference Code: 13-digit ID card number.
Select "Confirm".

Insert your ATM card and enter PIN.
Select "Apply / Change Service".
Select "Direct Debit".
Select "Confirm".
Select Savings Account or Current Account.
Select "5-digit Company Code" and press 99989.
Enter Reference No. 1: 13-digit ID card number.
Select "No Reference 2".
Select "Confirm the Application".

Insert your ATM card and enter PIN.
Select "Others".
Select "Others" once more.
Select "Service Application".
Select "Direct Debit".
Enter Company Code: Press 6060.
Enter Reference Number: 13-digit ID card number (Reference 1 only).
Select "Correct".
