Custodian under Unit-Linked Life Insurance policies in 2009, consistently maintaining a
strong track record of administrative efficiency. For further details regarding the duties

3. The Company may receive sales fees from asset management companies. Please
be assured that any fees received from asset management companies do not impact
any expenses or fees under the Unit-Linked Life Insurance policy approved by the
Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).
