1. Muang Thai Smile Club members redeem Smile Points via MTL Click Application from 7 May 2024 – 15 December 2024 and Use the privilege from 7 May 2024 – 31 December 2024.
2. Members can redeem the points via MTL Click Application. Contact CareCover Clinic staff and present the privilege code to make an appointment in advance by calling Tel. 094 892 6999 or contacting LINE ID: @carecoverclinic (Available on Monday - Friday from 08.00 – 20.00 hrs. (Physical therapy service is available from 11.00 – 20.00 hrs.), except Saturday - Sunday and public holidays). Please inform the preferred service and present the privilege code to staff.
3. Please make an appointment 1 day in advance.
4. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in the campaign.
5. Member are entitled to 10 privileges throughout the campaign.
6. The company reserves the right cannot be exchanged for cash or exercised with other promotions.
7. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance only provides the privileges for its members.   However, the Company has no involvement with the service.
